For the past 30 years, Dana has dedicated her education and career to psychology, real estate, sales, marketing, and advertising. A Southern California native, Dana began her career in San Diego at a vacation rental & real estate firm while working on her undergraduate degree in Psychology at San Diego State University. Later, she obtained her Master's degree in Clinical Psychology at Pepperdine University's Orange County campus and held positions at Century 21 Beachside, Choice Hotels International, and Singer Lewak Greenbaum & Goldstein before joining PSB, Integrated Marketing (a national marketing and advertising firm) in 2000. Dana's strong foundation in psychology provides her with a keen insight into people, motivation, and creative challenges that ultimately revolve around consumer behavior. Marketing and advertising became the natural choice for what interested her most - using what she learned in her studies to facilitate behavioral changes in the marketplace.

Working her way up through the ranks of PSB, Dana was promoted to National Director of Client Relations in 2006 and remained in that role until 2009. Her early experience with clients of all types and sizes helped hone her skills and set her apart as one of the company's most successful account managers. With an eye for problem-solving and creative marketing campaigns, Dana excelled and clients loved her.

Under Dana's leadership, clients won in excess of 100 awards for marketing excellence, return on investment, and creative concepts. She was an integral part of several large re-branding projects, assisting in all aspects from creative concepting to presentation development and comprehensive deliverables. Dana has always been a go-getter, dedicated and committed to helping her clients. She received her company's prestigious Founders Award in 2005.

Dana's nine-year career in marketing and advertising gave her more depth and experience to re-enter the real estate industry in 2009 to pursue her passion for helping people realize their dreams. With her extensive background, Dana brought creativity, fresh ideas, expertise, an amazing work ethic, and determination to her sales position. She quickly became a top producer with glowing reviews from her clients. Dana has been an award winner year after year in the Monarch Beach office of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties. She is in the Top 100 of Orange County agents for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties.

Dana has been a licensed real estate agent since 1997 and member in excellent standing of the California and National Associations of Realtors®. Dana is a Luxury Collection Specialist in the prestigious Lux division of her company and holds the Certified International Property Specialist designation (CIPS), completed in 2017. She serves on the Professional Standards & Ethics Committee for the Laguna Board of Realtors (since 2017), and a three-year term as Secretary for the Board of Directors for LBOR, which she began in 2021. Dana is committed to ongoing training and development with a focus on luxury residential real estate, marketing, advertising, negotiation skills, and leadership.

Dana lives in South Laguna Niguel, and in her very rare spare time loves practicing yoga, walking, photography, studying health & wellness, reading, and spending time with friends & family.
